Is Retirment at 60 age good or bad ...Asma

No one can cast a shadow of a doubt on the fact that coworkers have to leave their work when at older. There is a controversy among different people about whether employees should at 60 age. I am  an advocate the allegation in question they should retire from their job at later age.

The first and foremost advantage of the issue that people should retire their works at 60 years old  that is the work would  allow to hiring new employees at work . Moreover other people able to get a lot of job. If the government reduce this age, the young have more opportunities for well-paid job. This way will be a method to solve problems of unemployment in their community.                                                                                                                                           

                In addition, another virtues of the issue in set furth that is the work have many individuals are young . In fact  they provide many other activities on account of the fact that they have some struggle where younger person does not as older person have competitive to achieve their success. Also, they capable of doing their task easier. Younger generations have major benefits, they work faster, and are stronger than the elderly who are work slowly regarding to age.                                                                                                                                   

                                                                                                                                 

                On the other hand, one of the most important demerit of the nation foregoing that is employees feel bored however, they will have the empty in their lives. They wonder how they fill them days, they spend mostly time in sleeping or watching TV. This can be illustrated by the fact that outgoing person usually talk with many people in his work so if he retire he will feel lack in his life.                                                                                                                                         

                                                                                                                                          

To put the issue into perspective, I am supporter of that employees should retire at later age, on account of the fact that, in my opinion, the advantages of the foregoing idea far outweighs its disadvantages. I concede that some people will feel bored and then feel lack in their abilities, but they can spend their free time in another activities such as playing sport that is very entertainment for them. Also , learning to do something for their self.
