It's important to celebrate our own cultural celebration--Hatsumi

Recently I think Japan is bringing in too much stuff from America. One example is celebration in America. Each country has their own celebrating day. In America, Thanksgiving,Halloween,Easter and etc.
In Japan we have Hinamatsuri,Children’s day,Setsubnn and so on. Hinamatsuri (Doll’s Festival) is an occasion to pray for young girls’ growth and happiness and most families with girls display dolls for the Doll’s Festival called Hina-ningyo. Children’s day is a celebration for children’s happiness and to respect their individual.Setsubunn is a day children can throw roasted beans outside of the house to ward off evil spirits and other misfortune. In some families, an adult might put on a devil's mask and approach the children. The devil is pelted with beans until he leaves.
However recently Japanese started to celebrate Halloween and Easter. Even though a lot of Japanese started to celebrate it, they don't know what thry celebrate for and why it is celebrated. All they want to do is wear costume and take picture and that's it. They just want to do what people do in America.
Not only celebration but some fast food restaurant or other food stores. For example Taco Bell,Krispy Kreme,Wendy's and etc. Each of these store’s first day to open in Japan was so crowded that people had to wait for more than 1 hour to buy these fast food. I think it is good to be interested in different country’s food but what is bad about Japanese is that we have an inability to maintain interest in things. This causes some fast food stores to decrease the sale after few month from the open day so a lot of those restaurant closed and made the different American restaurant and close again and this cycle is going on and on. I think this cycle is wasting time and money very much. I always think it's better to make one good Japanese restaurant and work hard to keep it for a long time.

I really want Japanese to give attention to their own culture. A lot of young Japanese does not celebrate our own traditional celebration these days.
We need to celebrate our own cultural celebration.
