My special experience in Hong kong - sunny(wonkyung cha)

  Last year on September, I had an special experience in Hongkong. In my university, they advertised for students who want to go other country and participate fair. And then i applied that for meeting with a new experience. So I went to Hongkong with company's leader, manager, and my junior in my college. The company, which is named 'i2m', make idea goods like natural humidifier, lighting, water bottle which is changed color of lighting depending on body temperature. After finishing midterm My junior 'Hanna' and I visited company, manager explained our mission. Our mission was to take part in lighting fair held in hongkong and to translate korean to chinese for chinese people who were interested in that company's stuffs.  Since 2 weeks later, I left Korea during about 1 week.
 Because we didn't know about hongkong, we were very nervous. We should have found hotels near the exhibition center and we should have care for our belongings. After we did it, we went to exhibition center for decorating our booth with our goods. Wow exhibition center was very huge, and there were many people in there for promoting their goods to people. It was not easy to decorate our booth. We attached our poster, arranged our goods, checked lighting, cleaned booth etc.. we had lots of to do. Even though i was very tired, we had to finish this for tomorrow. After finishing that task, we rode ship which could see nice night view. I think that hongkong's night view was amazing.
 Next day, we started lighting fair! Our main stuff was lighting with changeable lampshade, which can change 13 steps. And there was automatic changing lighting. Many people were interested in our goods and wanted to ask some questions to us. After we answered that question, if they wanted to contact with our company, we gave them business card and took notes for contacting with them. Although It was very simple task, but there were too many people in our booth and I should to speak foreign language for them. It was not easy to do for me. Otherwise my expectation, there were many European then i had to speak English and Chinese for them. I spoke three languages there. It was amazing experience to me.
 After finishing this fair, we had a time for traveling around hongkong. I think that Hongkong is very good site for touring. Most of Hongkong people are very kind, Hongkong had good transportation, good restaurants, good souvenirs. I recommend that you should to go Hongkong!
 It was amazing experience to me, maybe I cannot forget this forever. I gained so many things which is much benefited from this experience.  I spoke foreign language, worked for company like internship, experienced huge fair, toured hongkong. And I met good people who helped me everything ; company's leader, manager, my junior hanna! I would like to commend them very highly on this.

Marvrl Movie-Penny

     Recently my favorite movie Captain America released today, but I can not go to the cinema to watch. Today have too much homework should finish. Captain America is one of my favorite movie in Marvel series. Marvel Comics is very famous in China, many teenagers like watch Marvel movie, because their special effects is really amazing and exciting. First, Captain America was a emaciated youth. In order to serve the country, he volunteered for the military’s secret plan to take a clandestine drug become a super soldier. He was very strong, brave and strong. He is a real leader. In Captain America 3, he has a rival. He had a disagreement with Iron Man, because the government initiated a superhero regulatory mechanisms. Captain America adhere to the boycott mechanism, also he wants save his best friend Winter Soldier. Iron Man think they are responsible for the huge losses of  the war. They are split for two camps. Falcon, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Winter Soldier and Ant Man choose to support Captain America. Black Widow, Black Panther, Vision, War Machine and Spider Man think Iron Man is right. I support the Iron Man, because my favorite hero Spider Man choose him. This will be a good movie.Also Marvel have other hero. For example Fantastic Four is a famous hero group. There are have Mr.Fantastic, Invisible Girl, Human Torch and The Thing. Another famous hero is Hulk, when I was a child, I have been watched this movie. Hulk is a young scientist, he engaged in the development of the “gamma bomb” work for the military. In one experiment, he become a green monster. Hulk have huge power, but is difficult to maintain the human intellect. My favorite hero Spider Man is a high school student. When he visiting a laboratory, have a variant of irradiated spider bit him, so he has won the super power similar to spider. There are many other heroes I do not want introduce. I am looking forward to tomorrow’s movie. I believe this movie will be a top-grossing movie.

     A Chinese moive named "Finding Mr.Right" really impressed me a lot. This moive basises the book named "84 charing cross road" that give me a deeply memory. The moive contains love and comedy, and the details make me feel like in that real environment. The meanings bring many suggestions, make the life more positive.

     The movie is talking about, two people who live in the different areas. They have the connections by accident, both of them own the book that named "84 charing cross road". At once, they complain the life and don't like this book. So they throw this book in the first. But as the time goes by, they have more communicates with each other. They will share the things and show the real emotions to anthoer, sometimes to look for helping from another side people who is never seen before. Their relationship comes closer, the letters are more frequently. They discover they rely on the others, they like to imange each others appearances. When they meet some problems, they will ask the advices and regret by themselves. They become the most familiar strangers, they even don't the name and the ages. But they feel fullfilled and fall in love with each others. To be bravely, they want to tell anther the truth about their own life, but they can't receieve the letter anymore. So they begin to search the person who just give a little information, go to the same place to find the common connection. They find that the letter send to the same place and exchange by the author of the book, the author wants to help the lonely people find another people who are alone too. 

     But the kind man was died, because of the age is so old. So nobody to exchange the letter, and the connection was cut off. Luckily, the main charcters go to the man's ceremony and find each other by mistakes. The author just sent letters with anthor person for 20 years and never see each other, so he want to help the person who read the book send the letter to this address.

The life is not just breath ,eating and sleeping solely. The life has many expresstions. No meaning to a life without work.By working People can pay tax, rent and for foods. It is necessary to be more confortable in their life. Also,no meaning to the life without values. So values are directed human to achieve their goals. They influnce the kinds of goals that we set for ourselves. So we will determine the strategies we choose to reach them . Values can make person connect with around him that is very important to be social in his community.  

In addition, the life is confidence .If you have a dream want to reach it you can do it  .You should take the life like as a tragedy and try to confront it even can reach your goals with more confidence. We should deal with life wisely. Because some day we were happiness but another day possible occur sadness events. We live in life volatile. So we will be more strong to confront challenging .

Fast Food

With the change of lifestyle in nowadays people change eating habit. Fast food restaurants spread around the world like McDonald’s and Burger King. They prepare food very quickly and use a lot of oil to make it. This issue should be discussed because when I came to America, I noticed a lot of people have to suffer from obesity. Avoiding fast food has become necessity for the healthy body, family bonding and saving money. However, some people think eating fast food for saving time at a busy person and inexpensive price.

Also, there is no one want to lose his health by eating unhealthy food. Depending on fast food restaurants cause a lot of diseases such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. For instance, the rates of obesity in the United States are very high because people constantly eat burgers and French fries which are cooked in a large amount of oil. Even though, eating fast food has a lot of damages, there are some people like to eat it. Unfortunately, they do not care whether their food is healthy or not.

Until now, some women who have a job disagree with avoid eating fast food. They believe that eating fast food is very convenient because they do not have time to cook. For instance, many busy persons seek a fast and inexpensive alternative to cook at home. While that may be true, if they do not take care about their health. I think there are many quick ways to cook healthy food. Because the large number of inventions in modern times, there are some devices. that can cook food very fast. For example, we can use pressure cooker to cook rice about seven minutes. Also, it spent less time than buying fast food. For instance, sometimes your way to the restaurant may be crowded or your request may be delayed because there are many customers. Moreover, fast food consumes too much money as compared prepared food at home

In short, fast food is very harmful to your health. Although, some busy women like to eat it from restaurants, it takes a long time than they cook to ourselves. As well as, some people prefer it because its price is inexpensive. You should avoid eating fast food now that your health insurance will not cover the cost of treatment if you become sick.

 

Urban legend - Yoshiyasu

     Do you know urban legend? Urban legend is a story about an unusual event which many people believe is true but that is not true. There are many urban legend in the world, about a politic, a nation, a food, and people. Today I would like to tell you about urban legends of Tokyo Disney Land(TDL) in Japan.

     Before you read it, I need to tell you one notice. As I said, most urban legend is fiction. No one knows its truth, but it makes us fun. So if you read this post, please do not be discomfort! Whether believe it or not is depend on you.

First, sometime, the figures of attendance don’t match with figures of exit. Usually it doesn’t have such an error. Accidentally, the error happened in a period of checking “It’s a small world”, and the check changes some dolls. Furthermore, I have heard that there are kidnappers in the Disney Land. I’ve heard one story, when one mother waits her 5-year-old son in a rest room, but he doesn’t come back. At the moment, she saw a girl who are carried by her father. She also saw her shoes. Last month she gave her son the shoes. Then she ask security guard to catch the father. Yes, the man try to kidnap. His way is like this, at first he waits at the restroom and aim for little boy alone. Then he put the boy a wig. They try to escape. Whether believe or not is depend on you…

     Second, TDL doesn’t have crows. TDL release ultrasonic wave which crows hate. Honestly, TDL has crows, pigeons, and insects. The ultrasonic waves are 100% fiction. However, the story comes from hospitality of Disney Land. The casts work really hard. They clean up the park very much, and they pay attention in detail. So some people feel like there is no animals like crows, pigeons. Thus this legend were spread in public.

     We have many other urban legends. If you are interest in the topic. You can search on the internet. There are so many urban legends in U.S.A., Apollo project, U.F.O., and successive presidents.

My favorite place in Japan Kureha

Today,  I would like to tell about my favorite place in Japan. My favorite place name is "kenroku-en". Do you know Kenroku-en? It is located in Kanazawa, and it is one of the most famous parks in Japan. Kenroku-en has a lot of old fountain and beautiful trees and flowers. The park has a lot of history, it was built for the enjoyment for Daimyo, a great person in the past. Kenroku-en's fountains are the oldest one in Japan. Kenroku-en is  loved by many people.We can enjoy the park every season.

I think winter is the most beautiful season because Kenroku-en has a special decoration when season is winter. This decoration is called "yukituri". People use Yukituri because of protecting trees. Kanazawa has a lot of snow so trees will break because they can't stand the snow's weight. Snow and Yukituri match kenroku-en. Also, Februrary has a special decoration about gold foil. Trees are decorate with gold foil. In the night, park is light up so we can see fantasy scenery.

Also, I recommend to go to the kenroku-en in the spring because we can see beautiful Sakura in here. We can enter the park and enjoy seeing beautiful view for free. Too many people visit the park from far place. In addition, this park illuminate at night. It is really beautiful. We can eat delicious sweet with cherry-blossom viewing picnic. However, kenroku-en is crowded on spring so i recommend to use public transportation if you want to go there. Because, parking areas is full every year.

In conclusion, Kenroku-en is really wonderful place. I visit the park every year but  I have never gotten tired. This place has many charms so I really recommend you to go there. You can be satisfied with kenroku-en all season. Also, kenroku-en has a lot of gift shop and resturant, there sell traditional goods and delicious foods. You can feel  "Kanazawa" from all things. I am certain if you go to there, this experience will be an unforgettable memory.

Mohammed attar THE JURIES IN UK

  There is no cast of a doubt on the fact that some lawyers have suggested that the jury can not have access to the information about the defendant’s past criminal records or crime activities. There is a controversy among different people about whether that the British and Australian law does not give old information about his past criminal record has ruined communication among the criminal’s prison sentence. I disagree with the contention that the law in question has destroyed the way of sentencing the criminal to jail.                

                                   

The first and foremost, disadvantages of the idea of not having access to the defendant’s past criminal records is that the jury’s or judges wont know how to equalize the final sentence which will lead the judge or jury’s  into an unfair final result and they will not be able to know the truth of the criminals background.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Moreover, another con of the aforementioned idea is that more defendant’s will be in danger if the criminal did not go to jail that will lead the criminal to get revenge on the  defender’s or his family will be in danger in several different ways. For example, kidnapping the defendants children or wife.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     On the other hand, the most important virtue of the idea in question is that the government will not gain knowledge about everyone’s background and it’s a pro law for the past criminals so they can fix their mistakes and live a normal life again by having a new job or family.                                                                                                                                     I concede that juries should have access to the defendants past criminal record’s, but having access to the records does not mean that the government can not know who is the criminal.                                                                           To sum up, the government should have access to all activities for every single one so they can provide safety and the jury or judge can give the final dissension for defendant or criminal.moreover, if the government follow the reasons the topic in hand  they will provide safety and justice for the people and the socity.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

The Wave -Tzu Chin

This weekend I watched again my favorite movie, The Wave, the original title is Die Welle. It is German socio political film, and it was shot by Dennis Gansel. This movie is talking about totalitarianism. I always remember what I felt after I watched this film at the first time. It was really a shock for me. In school, we learned how horrible mind control is, but I didn’t really understood until I watched this movie. This movie used a direct way to let audience know: what is crazy; what is following blindly. When people stay in a group for a long time, they probably don’t think profoundly when they follow others’ decision, because they trust this group ingrained. Especially when most people agree with same thing, they will go after unconsciously, rather than consider that is suitable or not and don’t think about what is the result. From this, it can be seen that individuals not so rational as human think; people are very easy to be misleading by others. That is the reason why we have to learn and learn how to think.

I am not completely denied the totalitarianism, because in this movie, we also can see that why some people appreciate this doctrine. No matter you are pretty or ugly, rich or poor, we are same. Sometime it is very attractive, especially to those who don’t have self-confidence. In this disciplined society, they feel that they are accepted, they are affirmed by others. However, extreme right is extreme wrong, even liberalism, which we regarded as the mainstream, has it own shortcoming. The simplest example is people respect different voices, but too many voices cause policies can’t be pursued, and this country can not improve. So how to get balance is an importance lesson.

This movie also mentioned that only love can make people to introspect themselves. When we have love, we will afraid to let those people whom we love feel sad, so we will think before we make a decision. After thinking again and again, we will know what is right and what is wrong.

I really miss them so bad--Hatsumi

 Now I am living with my host family and there are 6 people.Father,mother,one sister,one brother,grandma and grandpa. Also there are two Chinese exchange students. So everyday our house is so busy and cheerful and I really like that.
 I usually talk with my host father a lot because he always drives me to school so everyday we have time to talk in the car. He is very smart so I always learn from him a lot. For example he use to be a doctor so he tells me what kind of foods are healthy and not healthy and he likes history so he tells me some history of America.
 My host mother is a very bright person. She always asks me some questions for me so I could speak a lot of English. My host mother likes watching Asian drama which made me so surprised. She knows some Japanese drama that I also have watched before so we sometimes talks about Asian drama. I hope I can watch one of Asian drama with her some day.
 My host sister is 12 years old. She is also a bright person and likes to try many things. For example, she said she wants to make a facepack with using avocados so I helped her making it and also she made some weird colored candy with using food coloring and it tasted really good. I really like to help her doing those kinds of interesting things. Also we both like theater and we both have expierience of standing on the stage in some play. So we sometimes talks about interesting stuffs about doing a play.
 My host brother is 9 years old and he is really cute. We don't talk together that much but sone time he talks to me about video games that he likes.
 Last my host grandparents. Grandma is from the Philippines and she is really good at cooking. Everyday she makes us really good food and it makes me want to eat more. Grandpa is from America and he is very nice and funny person. He always talks to me about interesting story that he has experienced in the past and because he used to work in Japan, we talk about Japan also. I really like my host grandparents but actually this week they are going back to the Philippines for about 2 or 3 months. So this Tuesday is my last day to live with them. I only could live with them for about 3weeks so it is too fast for me to say goodbye to them. I will miss them so bad but I sill have two days so I will try to talk with them as much as I could in this 2 days.

 Recently, we have many  advertisements in our lives. We see it everywhere. It has a strong light and colorful, so it catches our attentions. Advertising is interesting and helpful  for several reasons.

 First of all, advertisements are useful when we want to buy something . For example, when I wanted to buy a new cell phone, I read the details in the Apple advertisement to choose the best option. Also, once an advertisement for an educational game for 2-year olds appeared when I was watching a movie. It teaches them numbers, letters and animals. Afterwards, I bought  it for my daughter. In addition, while I was thinking of buying something to clean my face's  skin, I saw an advertisement on YouTube, it demonstrated the benefits and how to use the Clarisonic device, which is a device that has many brushes to clean a face's skin. That advertisement was very convincing, so I decided to buy it, and I've been happy with this purchase. 

Another reason is that all companies depend on advertising to provide people with information about a new product. For instance, the restaurants can announce a new dish in the TV, website and magazine by making it plumper and beautiful. That appeal people to buy it.They make it a scrumptious look. Also, producers of films  can announce a new movie next to highways, on TV and YouTube. When I saw the advertisement for Star Wars movie at the entrance to wall mart, I excited to see it. In addition, Nike announced their product in sports TV show to appeal the athletic people ,so it helps them to achieve the high profits. 

Advertisements are helpful and enjoyable. It is a beneficial and it is  the relationship between companies and the people. That means companies must improve their advertisements to the best  attract the consumer.
