Fast Food
With the change of lifestyle in nowadays people change eating
habit. Fast food restaurants spread around the world like McDonald’s and Burger King. They prepare food very quickly and
use a lot of oil to make it. This issue should be discussed because when I came
to America, I noticed a lot of people have to suffer from obesity. Avoiding
fast food has become necessity for the healthy body, family bonding and saving
money. However, some people think eating fast food for saving time at a busy
person and inexpensive price.
Also, there is no one want to lose his health by eating unhealthy
food. Depending on fast food restaurants cause a lot of diseases such as
obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. For instance, the rates of obesity in the
United States are very high because people constantly eat burgers and French
fries which are cooked in a large amount of oil. Even though, eating fast food has a lot of
damages, there are some people like to eat it. Unfortunately, they do not care
whether their food is healthy or not.
Until now, some women who have a job disagree
with avoid eating fast food. They believe that eating fast food is very
convenient because they do not have time to cook. For instance, many busy
persons seek a fast and inexpensive alternative to cook at home. While that may
be true, if they do not take care about their health. I think there are many quick ways to cook healthy food. Because the
large number of inventions in modern times, there are some devices. that can cook
food very fast. For example, we can use pressure cooker to cook rice about
seven minutes. Also, it spent less time than buying fast food. For instance,
sometimes your way to the restaurant may be crowded or your request may be
delayed because there are many customers. Moreover, fast food consumes too much
money as compared prepared food at home
In short, fast food is very harmful to your health. Although, some busy women like
to eat it from restaurants, it takes a long time than they cook to ourselves.
As well as, some people prefer it because its price is inexpensive. You should avoid eating fast food now that your health insurance
will not cover the cost of treatment if you become sick.
