Benefit of Vegetarianism-Kureha

   In the article in” Why Go Veg? ,” from “Vegetarian Times” gives reasons about why people should go vegetarian. It says that vegetarianism has a lot of benefits for people. The writer gives 15 benefits for reader, but in this article I would like to summarize 3 benefits. First, writer states vegetarianism that helps people to lose their weight. Most American diet foods include much fats and carbohydrates. These things make people get more fats. However, vegetable don’t include them so it helps lose weight. Then, writer says that vegetarianism helps people’s long life, and wither explain why people become a long life from vegetarianism. Finally, he states that people can escape from poisonous chemicals. Meat and fish include some toxic chemicals. In conclusion, writer says vegetarian foods makes people good feeling, and writer asks” Why haven’t you gone vegetarian?”


   In my opinion, vegetarianism is good for us because it has a lot of benefits about if we eat just vegetable, we will be healthy. However, I think many people don’t know what benefits is, and they have a negative image for vegetarianism. Therefore, people should tell vegetarianism’s benefits for people who don’t know about vegetarianism. I am certain that people will have curious about vegetarianism because I think every people want to get benefit, for example, people want to be healthy. Also, I finished read the blog before I want to try vegetarianism.
