In an article ‘Advantages of Vegetarianism',
the writer Kate Pullen gives an explanation for advantages to people who want
to transfer lifestyle to be vegetarianism. Specifically, Kate says that the
vegetarianism benefits are large and multiple for why people become vegetarian.
First, Pullen tells the people that they will protect animals by stopping kill
the animal to eat the meat or cloth, so
this declined the need for the farming of livestock for meat. Second, Pullen
says to the people that if they change to vegetarian that will help the
environment by declined of using meat or eating vegetables Third, Pullen tells
the people that if they are becoming a vegetarian
person, this will spend less budget than people who eat meat because Vegetables is often cheaper. In conclusion, he
says to the people that you will become healthier because eating more meat will
cause health trouble for multiple reasons.
In
my opinion, to be healthy person you ought to follow two things. First, eating vegetables because they have many benefits for the health, Second, you should to
reduce the amount of eating meat, but don’t stop eat it because meat has
benefits if we eat it in normal rate ,so when we eat so much meat, this decree will
cause a lot of disease such as cholesterol because meat has a lot of fats.
