   We living in a country under the rule of  law, but I discover there have many crimes and violence occur in everywhere, such as burglary and manslaughter. Some criminal has mental deficiency or influenced by others. Most criminal do not know the severity of consequence and they do not care about law. Also social environment can influence our thinking. I know that some countries have a lot of crime , the reason is that these countries do not have severe criminal law. These three methods can effectively reduce crime. Most criminal can not receive higher education when they were young. So we can improve the quality of teenagers and teach them can not play with bad people. For example, some cities has many teenagers like rob other students money and gang war. After their parents know they do bad thing. The best way is teach them it is wrong, do not do that anymore rather than hit child, because hit will make teenagers do some treason behavior. Not only parents teach them, all schools should have some harsh punishment. School can give them a warning, If you have next time, we will drop out you. So they can understand steal and fight is a bad thing and do not want do it anymore.

we can use monitoring aids , Most thief see others wallet appear in outside and the owner do not notice, then the thief will arise the desire of stealing. The best way is mount camera in the street, Many supermarkets mount camera, so thief can not steal easily. Also has many public places like mount camera, because this is a good way for arrest thief. In this way, many thief will flinch. So I think monitoring is a good way for prevent crime.
