In the article, 7 Reasons Vegetarians live longer, the writer Alexander Sifferlin illustrates that people who like to eat vegetables will be healthy in their body and live longer. First, she says that the vegetarians used to low blood pressure for people who need that. Second, she mentions that a 2013 study about vegetarian people had 12 a per cent to reduce risk of death, unlike non- vegetarians. Moreover, she notes from a 2012 study that people who depend on vegetarian diet felt better mood than others on meat or fish diet. Also, Alexander motions specific fact from a 2012 study that people who just eat vegetables had 32% to decline heart disease.  In addition, she tells that vegans reduce of risk of cancer. Furthermore, the author states that vegetarian lead to improve the rate of diabetes in blood through keeping the weight and controlling of blood sugar. Finally, she states that vegetarian diet help us to be healthy by maintaining of weight.

In my opinion, I believe that I concur with all points because from my knowledge eating

Animal protein diet cause many risks such as fat and cholesterol, so it leads to many diseases like heart and obesity disease, unlike eating vegetables diet.  Further, vegetables have numerous vitamins which is significant for healthy body. For instance, an orange has vitamin C and vitamin B which help us to decrease of disease.  Also, people who just eat vegetables can maintain their weight and become healthy.
