Two Biggest City in Saudi Arabia, Fatimah Almutari

Two Biggest City in Saudi Arabia

There is no doubt that Riyadh and Jeddah are the biggest and important cities in Saudi Arabia. I lived in Riyadh for many years and I sometimes visit Jeddah on holiday. When I compered between them, there are similarities in many aspects and different in others.

First, one of the similar thing between them is the weather in the summer. They both have hot weather. Moreover, In Riyadh, there is a lot traffic as Jeddah. Many people do not like traffic because it causes accidents. In addition, they have similar restaurants which are famous in the world. For instance, you can find restaurant that have Indian food or Italian food. Numerous people like these two cities because of their weather and restaurant, but they do not like the traffic.

Second, there are many different things between Riyadh and Jeddah. Unlike Jeddah, Riyadh is the capital city in Saudi Arabia. Because of this, many individuals prefer to live in it. In contrast, some people like to live in Jeddah because it has beautiful huge sea, which called the red sea. Further, Riyadh has many great universities such as, king Saud University and the University of Imam. Also, Riyadh is more beautiful than Jeddah, but it is more expensive, unlike Jeddah. Additionally, Riyadh has nice skyscrapers like Kingdom Tower and Alfaysaliyah Tower, unlike Jeddah. Furthermore, Jeddah has a worm weather in the winter. Unlike Riyadh, Jeddah has few narrow streets.

In the Final analysis, Riyadh and Jeddah are the famous cities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They have some things are common and there are a lot of differences between them. Riyadh is the capital city in SA which has big universities, delicious restaurants, hot weather in the summer and cold in the winter, and more traffic. However, Jeddah has a warm weather in winter, a great red sea, few streets.
